*nodsnods* See, that's the kind of neighborhood I live in, where you would think they'd want a stable community. But apparently not.
Although I emailed the regional VP of the parent company, and the woman in charge of my state is going to check the lease renewal on Monday. Here's hoping they don't tell me they actually offered me a lower rate than they should have.
