Ugh, I know that hole. I reckon it took me a YEAR of having a job that was $20,000 over what I'd been previously earning to catch up on the sort of routine stuff that I'd let slide, like buying a decent work wardrobe and getting my teeth cleaned.

I'm not sure it's going to take me quite that long, but...yeah. And I'm feeling cautious because it's a contract job and I don't know what will happen next year. :-/ Still, it's better than before!
