You Need A Budget 4 is on sale on Steam for the next twenty hours for $20.40. I've been using it this year and enjoying it; I find the interface cheerful and not too hard to get the hang of. Buying it on Steam doesn't mean you have to use it on Steam--you can get the key for it and download the program and run it normally.

I also use YNAB, and find it amazingly helpful. They also do a series of free classes (you can do whichever ones you find useful) that are very well run and organised and also helpful with the system.
